1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the scheduled trip date:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the trip start time are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit (minus any bank processing fees).
